Campaign Scheduling
View campaign schedules, calendar views, slot allocations, and schedule conflict resolution.
The Scheduling page (/scheduling) provides calendar-based scheduling visibility across all your active and upcoming DOOH campaigns.
📅 Schedule Calendar View
The Scheduling Calendar displays day-by-day playback schedules for all assigned screens:
- Month / Week View: Navigate across months to inspect upcoming campaign start dates and end dates.
- Date Click Inspector: Click on any date on the calendar to open the Map Sheet, displaying:
- Total active screens scheduled for that day.
- Number of scheduled ad plays per screen.
- List of active campaign bookings running on that date.
⚠️ Pending Approvals & Schedule Conflicts
The scheduling module automatically detects and highlights schedule issues:
- Pending Approvals: Campaigns awaiting moderator approval before playback schedules can be finalized on screen hardware.
- Schedule Conflicts: Alerts generated if a screen's maximum loop capacity is reached for a selected time window.
- Screen Maintenance Warnings: Flagged when scheduled screens undergo hardware maintenance during flight dates.
